a tender getaway
gentle stroll attentive staff sense of peace
the hotel offered proximity to the beach it was a gentle stroll away and i found this location good. i appreciated the attentiveness shown by the staff and they were very helpful with local information. the cleanliness of the rooms gave me a sense of peace.
the breakfast options could be expanded slightly perhaps a few more fruit choices would enhance it.

the hotel features a recently renovated reception area it has a plush appearance. there is a pool area available . i noticed that work was nearly finished near the pool so it didn't interrupt.

the staff members were friendly and helpful . one could easily book trips at a local tour office across the road. i found the staff particularly accommodating to my needs.

the hotel is situated near the beach. it is also close to restaurants and the cable car. the location allowed for convenient access to many attractions that i wanted to visit.

cracked sink peeling paint
the daily room service met my expectations and was very good.
I found the bathroom quite disappointing. the sink was visibly smashed and cracked. the bath had been painted, but the paint was peeling. This made it appear quite unclean. i expect these issues to be addressed promptly.

The staff were friendly, and the location was decent enough for getting around. Though it wasn't really good, it was acceptable.
the room i received wasn't what i expected. it felt quite outdated, and i found some stains on the sheets, which i had to ask to have changed, i found it pretty unpleasant.

convenience store pool size nice interiors slow wifi unreliable water
The location is great. it is just a few minutes from the beach and several restaurants. There is also a convenience store nearby. the quality of the interiors is nice and the pool is huge.
The wifi was not consistent and often slow. this. the hot water in the shower was also unreliable. Sometimes there was no hot water at all.
